How much does postage and packing cost?
£1 per order

How quickly will my products be despatched after ordering?
We aim to despatch all completed orders within 3 days, but please allow up to 7 days including delivery

If I buy a high resolution digital image may I reprint, email and use on social networking sites as I wish?
You may use the purchased image in any way, although Copyright is retained by Event Digipix Ltd and you are not permitted to re-sell the image without prior written consent from Event Digipix Ltd.

Can I use an image that you have taken, or a photograph that I have purchased, to advertise my horse for sale?
We are happy to grant permission for this providing that we are contacted in the first instance and that a photo credit is included.

Can my image be selectively cropped or edited before being printed?
We hand finish all images before printing to correct for colour, exposure and composition. We can undertake more significant edits to images at additional cost, please contact us for details.

How soon after an event are the images made available on-line?
We aim to upload all event images within 24 hours. For particularly large events, or when we have covered multiple events on consecutive days, there may be an additional delay. As soon as the images are available, an announcement will be placed on the front page of this website.

Are discounts available for large orders?
We are happy to consider offering a discount on orders of 8 products or more. Please email us with your product and volume requirements for details.

After registering on your site, will my email address be sold, distributed or used for unsolicited emails?
No, your email address will only be used by Event Digipix and solely for correspondence relating either to your account or to an order that you have placed.
